  • WhatsApp messages are treated as enquiries only.
  • Room availability is subject to confirmation.
  • No room is blocked without payment confirmation.
Important Statement: WhatsApp booking requests are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2️⃣ Booking Confirmation Rule (Most Important)

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Full payment is received
  • Payment is successfully credited
  • Confirmation message is sent from hotel
Until then: Booking is NOT confirmed, Room is NOT reserved, and Rate is NOT locked.

Official Line: Booking is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation from Hotel Confirm Inn.

3️⃣ Payment Policy

  • Payment must be made through the official payment link/QR provided by the hotel.
  • Partial payment does not guarantee room blocking unless specifically agreed.
  • Screenshots alone are not treated as payment confirmation.

4️⃣ Direct Booking Benefit

Guests booking directly through the hotel:

  • Receive 10% discount (as declared on website)
  • Avoid OTA commission
  • Get better coordination support

5️⃣ Cancellation & No-Show

  • Cancellation terms depend on season and occupancy.
  • Same-day cancellation may attract charges.
  • No-show may result in full charge of first night.

6️⃣ Room Allocation

  • Standard & Deluxe room allocation subject to availability.
  • Specific room numbers are not guaranteed.
  • Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability.

7️⃣ Identity Requirement

  • Valid Government ID mandatory at check-in.
  • Hotel is open for: Families, Students, Corporates, and Couples.
  • Pets are not allowed.
